Tour operators with extensive local knowledge offer exciting and educational tours and safaris, which can all be arranged by us.

The tours and safaris include:

Humpback Whale Watching

From May to the end of November thousands of Humpback Whales passes St. Lucia in their migration between the Antarctic and Tropical Oceans. The boat based Whale Watching Tours get as close as 50 meters to these mighty mammals, the fifth largest animal that has ever lived on this planet.

Turtle Tours

From November to March the gigantic Leatherback Turtle and the smaller Loggerhead Turtle are nesting at the beaches in the iSimangaliso Wetland Park. In this period there is the chance for a ‘once in a lifetime’ experience to see these ancient animals nest on a Turtle Tour.

Estuary Boat Tours

The Estuary Boat Tours are done in boats powered by Eco-friendly quiet and smoke-free motors, which brings you up close to Hippos, Crocs and the Bird Life in the Estuary.

The tours takes two hours and departs three times a day.

Wetland Tours

On a Wetland Tour you can experience some of the five eco-systems that the iSimangaliso Wetland Park is formed by. The tours include Game watching, Bird Life, Snorkelling and Hikes, and are done in open vehicles.

There are also Night Drive Safaris, where the nocturnal wild life in the Park can be experienced.

Game Reserve Safaris

The nearby Hluhluwe/Umfolozi Game Reserve offers some of the best Wild Life Experiences in South Africa. The Reserve has an abundance of mammals and birds and is known as the place to see a White Rhino in the wild.

Cultural Tours

A Cultural Tour gives an insight in the traditional Zulu culture, from the lobola (brides price) to the magic of the Sangoma, but also gives an insight to modern Zulu life and how they make their amazing handicraft.
